Growing up in Connecticut, Joe had a natural love for building and apprenticed in the trade with top builders. In 1995, Joe started J.T. Sullivan Custom Builders, Inc. and began building quality custom homes in Holly Springs. Since then, he has constructed distinctive residences in Cary, Raleigh and Wake Forest.
