At our first meeting with Joe, he told us the story of one of his subcontractors who said, upon completion of their latest project, "J.T., you sure build a pretty house." Standing in a neighborhood Joe had built, we could see that what he said was true.
 
Now we live in a gorgeous home that Joe built for us that uniquely meets our needs as transplants from California while still fitting beautifully into Sunset Lake Village.
 
Our home is a joy to live in and is adorned with many beautiful custom details. Joe's personal expertise as a skilled craftsman gives him a patience and creativity with details that is uncommon amongst his peers. Like Joe, his subcontractors are all perfectionists who exceed their own high standards out of respect for his high expectations.
 
Joe gave us his undivided attention throughout the entire process from plans through punch list. Building a house, especially during winter, could have been very stressful, but instead we were delighted watching our new home come to life. With Joe, not only do you get a great house, but great stories, jokes and one-liners as well. A neighbor for whom Joe will soon build a second house told us, "Don't worry about not getting in on time....Joe always pulls off a miracle." And he did. Despite some terrible weather, we were able to close and move in as scheduled.
 
Like all our neighbors whose homes J.T. Sullivan built, we now enjoy an enduring relationship with Joe. We've not only created a home together, but a lasting friendship as well!

Few things are more exciting or more stressful than building a custom home. Hundreds of decisions and numerous people are part of this endeavor. Working with Joe Sullivan, my experience in building my 'dream home' turned out to be smooth and pleasant.
 
As an artist, I was concerned with both quality craftsmanship and incorporating many of my own ideas. Joe provided a working relationship enabling me to openly participate which was so important. I found that Joe Sullivan was available and open to listening to my thoughts regarding creating my home. He translated my ideas into all I hoped for and more. I own a home that I am both delighted with and proud of.
